Correct not all the time an item will drop from bosses or monsters, this is correct, so just keep trying. The patch will fix the issue with the final bosses whose drops were disabled entirely.
ボスのドロップ率って１００％ですよね？
森のbossがちょいちょいドロップしないときがあります
洞窟bossもノードロップの時が数回ありました

Those drops for Falz and Olga are coming in a later update after we verify the correct drop parameter with the original SEGA servers, the information was lost m(._.)m
